Mallorca is an increasingly popular tourist destination for many international travelers looking for sun, sea and unique experiences. However, many of these visitors miss out on some of the island's gems, such as the charming towns of Mallorca.
With its impressive landscapes and varied history, Mallorca has many unmissable towns that are well worth a getaway to enjoy its streets. In this article we have selected 5 of them, which are the ones that the Reverence Hotels team likes the most. In addition, 4 of them can be done on the same route (Sóller, Port de Sóller, Deià and Fornalutx).
Sóller: Where beauty is intertwined with history
Sóller is a much-loved destination by both locals and tourists. Its picturesque surroundings and charming old town is where its beauty truly comes to life. This town is famous for its architecture -with French influence- and has a quiet and charming atmosphere.
Some of the most emblematic places are its high slopes, the Sa Mar Gardens and El Puig de Maria, where a monastery located on top of a hill offers wide views of the area. But without a doubt the jewel in the crown in this town is the parish church of Sant Bartomeu de Sóller, whose façade was designed by Gaudí's disciple, Joan Rubió Bellver.

A popular attraction here is the Sea Museum, where you can explore a collection of artifacts and exhibits related to the area's maritime history. And gastronomically speaking, both Sóller and Port de Sóller are renowned for the quality of their prawns.
